5-15-09 I updated page #16, the Dan. 11:40-12:1 Chart, to reflect my current understanding of martyrs in the last days.

5-14-09 I deleted the "Prophetic Pattern" article and Chart. It represented my understanding of repeating Bible histories up to about mid-2007. My knowledge of repeating history has increased, according to the promise in Dan. 12:4, and page #30, the Great Reformatory Movements Chart, is the natural result of that increase of knowledge. Eventually, according to the promise, as my knowledge continues to increase, the Chart will be further revised. Please stay tuned! ;-)

4-21-09 Page #30, The Great Reformatory Movements Chart, is now all updated as far as I understand the subject at this time. I don't profess to have all knowledge on this subject, and you may see other parallels, or prefer a different arrangement, but in any case please do share this extremely important information with your own students.

Daniel 12:4 says, "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."

According to the above Bible prophecy the "time of the end" is here, and the prophetic books of Daniel and the "Apocalypse", or the book of Revelation, are being unsealed, and knowledge of the prophecies is increasing. Therefore, as my knowledge of the prophecies increases I will be updating and adding what I consider is relevant and helpful material.

I have been a student of Bible prophecy for 34 years, and though I have a college degree in Theology and Religion, and I have included here articles from men who have Ph.Ds and long experience in Theology, I have learned most of what is posted here from my friend and dedicated Bible student, Jeff Pippenger, who has had no formal theological training at all (note 1 Corinthians 1:26-28).

I hope this website will be helpful as you learn how to approach Bible prophecies correctly, so you can discern the truth that God wants His Children to understand, namely, where we are in the stream of time, so that we can cooperate with Him, rather than waste time and effort groping around in the dark.

A couple of basic ideas first:

The Bible is its own dictionary, defining its terms within itself.

The Bible is a record of history, and prophecy is but history in advance, therefore one must compare the Bible with history. To do so is to be a "historicist."

Those who maintain that Bible prophecy is about events either entirely in the distant past (preterists) or far-off future (futurists) are wandering in darkness already, as the first article I posted explains.
